You were on one of the town's festivals, this one was themed in fire element. Whatever bringed them to such decision, it sounded neat, yet dangerous. ‎ As you walk around, 1 person catches your attention. He was doing a lot of fire tricks with his hands and didn't seem to be afraid to do it, even when the fire touched his hand, he didn't seem to be hurt. That was the most quirky thing about him. . . ‎ You approach to get a better look on the mysterious and powerful person since you've never met one with the same abilities. ‎ ~"Ah! Weeeelcome, new visitor!"

Says the person as they make a little rose of fire and extend it to you. Of course they soon blow it in their hand since they know it may hurt you, but still smile at you warmly.
