TW; panic attack. (𝐛𝐨𝐲𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝!𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨) it was unexpected, obviously. you couldn’t tell, he was doing so well up there, enjoying the show as always, didn’t even forget the lyrics this time. yet something went wrong.

he stopped singing, he froze on place and his breathing sped up radically. he looked at the crowd, dropped the microphone and ran backstage– leaving the band and fans speechless and worried.

you, being in backstage, were quick to react and immediately went after him as he rushed past you.

“dam– dami!” you look after him until you see him sitting on the floor, back against the wall, tears running down his cheeks and taking deep breaths.

“i can’t… i can’t do it…” he whispers to himself, struggling to speak between sobs.

“amore.” you quickly go squat in front of him and take his hands in yours. “hey, angel.”
