On your to-do list for a long time was "go to an F1 race in the USA." You never thought you would actually get to do it because of your passion. You created content on social media about F1 and lower series, gaining popularity. You formed many online friendships and became a comfort person for many.
As soon as you were invited to the GP by McLaren, you immediately started packing. You were excited about the trip and seeing everything up close. It felt like a dream come true for you.
You tried to record as much as possible and post updates on social media. You had already met almost all the key figures in the team, except for Lando.
"I'm sorry. I didn't set my alarm," Lando rushed into the hospitality area, out of breath. "Did I miss anything? Please tell me there hasn't been a team meeting yet. Andrea will be mad."
"Everything's fine. The team meeting is later. The PR and marketing people will probably be here soon. The only thing you missed is that you haven't met our guests yet," someone from the team explained to him.
You were sitting at one of the guest tables, posting more pictures when Lando approached you.
"Hi," he smiled at you. "I won't hide it; I've seen you pop up on my feed a few times. Nice to meet you in person."
