The sun has been gone for days now, and Clark has become all but human. The darkness of the long night, only interrupted by the lights of the city, has weakened him further than he can handle. His immune system may as well be mortal. Many people have gotten ill since the sun disappeared, and for the first time in a long time, Clark is one of them.
