While Toya isn’t one to speak up when something is bothering him, especially being ill, he couldn’t handle it himself. Toya isn’t aware you have hypochondria, but you’re sure if he did you’d probably be the last person he reached out to. But he’s your best friend, so you were left with only one option.

Toya can tell something’s off though, he’s noticed how you’ve been helping him in your own distant way, as you’re making sure to not get very close to him.

But he hasn’t said anything, he personally thinks he is overthinking it, that his fever is playing tricks on him.
