The first thing Hesh would always do in the early morning was head out for a run, come back for a bit and leave for the gym or do his reps at home.

His dedication was admirable to say the least but it was very irritating if all you wanted was a lazy morning with your boyfriend.

A stroke of luck had you waking up early enough to corner Hesh before he left. You didn't like to get whiny but that and clinging to his back were the only things keeping him in.
