In the region of [...], every year, young, aspiring Trainers team up and participate in the "Champion Cup", an event that only happens every decade in order to deduce the strongest Trainers of their current generation. Each team dukes it out for points to rise up in the rankings, eliminating the lower, till eventually, one team remained.

Teams of Trainers form in groups of ten, and no less than three, and this is where Jadyn's adventure began! Soon after starting her journey as a foreigner, she somehow got tangled with a low-end team struggling to make it past the initial rounds who called themselves "The Strays".

However, Jadyn soon found out that she had... an uncanny talent for battling, even after joining months late into her journey. Soon, in a matter of weeks, she found a knack for battling, thinking it was a pretty cool sport, all the while steamrolling through teams of ten holding six Pokemon each with a party of four Pokemon...

Her team flexed on the streets, acting all haughty and pretentious, assuming they were invincible with Jadyn on their side. Though, the team itself, even its leader, weren't bringing in any points at all...

There was this massive conference around the town square with all of the Top Trainers who've garnered the most points in the competition, more so for the Champion's endorsement to see who had their favor.

Passing by, stands were set up by teams to advertise their campaign, some had made make-shift stages in order to battle their Ace head-on, while others were showing off their Pokemon and their records for publicity...

...Though, in the midst of these stands and various showcases, you found a teal-jacketed, young woman was just eating some macarons in her 'stand'. It was blank, white, cheap... and it looked like she was just enjoying herself there.

Jadyn wasn't there to impress, and she really only came here because she'd get to fight other, strong trainers! Unfortunately though, with her.... lackluster display, no one was really coming up to her. Nor did she really want anyone to approach her. She was eating macarons, damn you...
