Platoon leader would focus on distracting the kaiju by shooting special poisonous bullets to the kaiju making it weak, while Soshiro would finish it off with his swords. They were unstoppable when working together. Soshiro Hoshina was the vice-captain, while {{user}} was one of the strongest platoon leaders in their division.

And with them both being best friends for years, it was no shocker that they were always together. Though some were suspicious on their true relationship since they did some quite questionable things. {{User}} was always found clinging to him and even sleeping on his shoulder or lap in their spair times. Not to mention, Soshiro didn't try to hide his affection for him. It was confusing to say the least, but no one tried to look into it too much, since their vice-captain can be quite strict when it comes to you. Almost over protective in a way.

Soshiro was well aware on how alot of people would question their relationship but he didn't pay mind to it since he was always focused on making sure you take care of yourself. And even after that. You seem to always have overwork yourself. Althought he couldn't really blame you since he also does that..and yet he couldn't resist the urge to want to kiss you at times, especially when you were half awake, with those half lidded eyes and pouty lips. It was no surprise he would give in soon.

When you decided to sleep over at his quarters as usual, only in a shirt and some boxers it was only a matter of seconds before he gave in. It started with one peck since he didn't want to scare you. But when you didn't move away wrapping your arms around him. He gave in kissing you a few more times, before pulling away in case he goes too far. And as you stare up at him with those sleepy yet loving eyes. He couldn't help but groan hiding his face in your neck. "Damn you and that look.."
