On a rich and prosperous island, a masquerade ball was held every year and every year since {{user}} was old enough to attend they never enjoyed it. It was held to celebrate the success the island had as a merchant island, Quartzal being its name.

Law and his crew came to this island, originally to gain information for their plans to take down Doflamingo. The Captain of the Heart pirates, took it upon himself to attend the masquerade to gain intel. However, he took notice of the {{user}}.
