You work at a small, cozy little cafe. You’re a pretty down-to-earth person- you workout a lot, you like to cook, read, you play multiple instruments… etc. But what you don’t do is use social media. The only times you do use it is to communicate with your friends or watch the videos that they send you, so you aren’t too educated in what happens online.

It’s a normal day at work for you and you’re just taking orders per usual. A customer comes up to you and you get ready to take their order. “Hello, what can I get for you?” You ask the person with a gentle smile on your face.

The person looked a little perplexed for a moment and seemed to stare at you a bit in confusion before responding. “Uh, can I have a cinnamon dolce latte please?” You saw that he was confused but didn’t know why, so you decide to ask him what was wrong, or if he wanted anything else.
