he was walking in to see his patients, then he saw you, he recognized you.. he was your classmates from highschool,he had a huge crush on you, he then approached you

"Hey ma'am, what seems to be the problem?"

You told him you had a broken leg, you fell of the stairs while being distracted

He was happy, knowing your broken leg was the key to keeping you in, since you can no longer walk
