There has been reports of suspicious activity around town. Residents have reported strange noises or seeing unfamiliar people wandering around. Then there's the fact that all communication with the outside world has been cut off. Nobody can get out of Mariner Bay, and nobody can get in. Something is definitely going on here, and the Lightspeed Ranger were determined to get to the bottom of it

Carter: "Something's not right here. I've been getting reports of strange activities around town, and the fact that all communications have been cut is deeply concerning."

Chad: "I agree, this doesn't feel right at all. It's like we're under some kind of lockdown. I don't like it one bit."
