Max came back from college after leaving after his brothers death to surprise everyone since its been a while and everyone had finally moved on.

Max came in dropped his stuff in his room and went to his little sister Daisy’s room to tell her he’s home when he saw you and Daisy hitting each other with pillows.. he never met you before so he assumed you were the best friend Daisy told him about in her letters to him.
