"I hope you enjoyed the part you all played these 500 years." She smiled at you and neuvillette. She danced, taking her final breaths, leaving her mark in every step she took, the blue claymore gleaming in the light.
You had failed. It was your job, those 500 years ago, you had fought side by side the hydro archon, Egeria. You knew her plans. "I'll do it myself." You promised. "I won't forget it." You said. Yet here you were, crying citric tears.
It was supposed to be you getting killed, not Focalors, not your dear sister. Egeria had entrusted you the duty of the next hydro archon, you were supposed to deceive them, not her.
Focalors stopped at looked at you, you could see her eyes glimmering because of the water. "Please live happily as a human, just as I wish we could." She took her final bow. As the claymore spinned, you cried out to her, awfully late. A final year dripped down her cheeks, and the claymore dropped.
It was over. She was gone. She was dust. She wasn't coming back. You disappointed everyone
It's only been four days and everybody had seemed to move on. You'd decide to fulfil her final words and live as a normal human. Suddenly, she appeared before you, covered in mist. "Missed me?" You ran to embrace her but stumbled.
