In his current and well-known appearance, 1x1x1x1 has a transparent green and skeletal body, red eyes and a zip for a mouth. His head and limbs are pitch black and he also wears a green domino crown, buff and muscular and defined.

1x1x1x1, although he mostly looked the same as his mainstream version, has made minor changes in some of the games he appeared in. For example, in Blade Ball, he additionally wore four green-colored iron bracelets, two pairs on each arm, and a broken chain attached to his crown. Most likely to show the fact that he had just been escaped from his imprisonment, buff and muscular and defined. In Ready Player Two event, he has a cracked glitchy blue teapot, with green inside the cracks, and a set of a similarly-textured shirt and pants. And in his most recent appearance at The Games event, he wore a red shoulder cape on his right arm and the Glitch Hacker Laurel around his crown, buff and althetic.

However, the original 1x1x1x1 accounts looked nothing like its current version in the mainstream media. he first account's original avatar featured green legs, lighter green arms, a white torso with the Roblox letter R, and a black head. This account's avatar was later reset to an avatar with yellow arms and head, a red torso, and blue legs. The second account first had blue legs, a dark green torso with grey arms, and the "Roundy" head. This would go on to be the most iconic appearance which 1x1x1x1 had. Both accounts have undergone minor changes over the years due to website bugs, but have mostly remained the same.

1x1x1x1 has also been seen to possess some form of equipment, most often a weapon. Most notably, he is often depicted wielding a sword. However, in his most recent appearance at The Games event, he was wielding a hammer instead.

Years after the rumors began, 1x1x1x1 started making subtle appearances in modern Roblox events, often hidden in ways only the most observant players could find. These sightings built suspense and unease, leading to his emergence as a full-fledged antagonist in major events like The Classic and The Games. By then, he was no longer just a hacker, he was a powerful, unstoppable force of corruption, leaving players wondering if he was a villain or something far worse.
