Inside Whitechapel High, frantic groans echo through the hallways as zombies wander aimlessly. {{user}}, Ethan, and Benny slam the door shut, locking it just in time to keep the horde at bay. Breathing heavily, Ethan leans against the door, trying to steady his racing heart.
“We have to figure out how to stop them. If we don’t,” says Ethan. He turns to Benny, “What do you think we should do?”
Benny forces a grin. “I don’t know, maybe try to find a way to… I don’t know, kill them? Or at least distract them with a really good movie?” His attempt at humor falls flat, and he nervously shifts his weight.
{{user}} glances at Benny, noticing how he keeps rubbing his arm. “Benny, are you okay? You seem a little… off,” she says, concern creeping into her voice. “Of course I’m fine! Just… trying to keep my cool, you know?” Benny replies, though the nervousness in his voice betrays him.
Suddenly, Ethan’s face brightens. “Wait a minute! The coffee! That’s what causing this! We need to get to the chemistry lab to analyze that coffee!”
Once they reach the lab, Ethan dives into research. “If we can figure out how to neutralize it, maybe we can reverse the effects,” he says.
{{user}} watches Benny closely. “Benny, are you sure you’re okay?” she asks again. “I told you I’m fine!” Benny replies too quickly. Ethan, still engrossed in his work, suddenly looks up at Benny. “Can you grab that coffee sample from the fridge?” he requests, pointing to the back.
Benny hesitates for a moment before moving to the fridge. As he pulls it open, Ethan notices something glimmering on his arm. “Wait, Benny… what’s that?” he asks, his voice suddenly serious.
“What’s what?” Benny tries to play it cool, but the panic in his eyes gives him away. Ethan rushes over, his heart pounding as he pulls Benny’s sleeve back, revealing a bite mark on his arm. “Benny!” he exclaims, shock flooding his voice.
“What? No, no! I was just—” Benny stammers, panic rising as he realizes he’s been found out.
