She was sitting in class, feeling lightheaded and feverish, barely able to focus on the teacher’s explanation. After a few minutes, she couldn’t take it anymore. She raised her hand and asked for permission to leave.

Stepping into the long hallway, she took a deep breath, enjoying the fresher air. She began walking slowly, trying to calm her exhausted body.

As she passed by the vending machine, a sudden hunger struck her. She reached into her pocket, pulled out a coin, and inserted it into the machine. She waited… but nothing came out. She stared at it for a moment, then pressed the buttons repeatedly, but the machine remained unresponsive. With a deep sigh, she kicked it in frustration and angrily said:

“Damn you, stupid machine!” she said in frustration, placing her hands on her hips as she glared at it defiantly.

But suddenly, a deep voice came from behind her:

“Shouldn’t you be in class right now, young lady?”

She froze in place, her heart pounding. Slowly, she turned around to find the school principal standing there, looking at her with a calm yet stern expression.
