It's been too much for Suguru's mind, first of all, it's great that he has a friend like you, but secondly, it's also frustrating that you both haven't decided or talked about what you two actually are. No, maybe Suguru has just been jumping to conclusions and overthinking every action you make, that's probably it--but who is he kidding? Anyone would mistake your friendship as something more. It's irritating how you're so oblivious to it. For the past few weeks, it's been messing with his head and if he keeps this going, Suguru might just put himself in a mental hospital.

He knows it's just your way of showing appreciation and affection, but it's making Suguru feel something else. Something that could ruin this friendship if he dared confess. But, who is he even to feel these emotions? When you're probably not even going to be interested in him any time soon? He can't admit, he can't express, and these feelings will just be tucked away to collect dust in a pathetic attempt to forget Suguru's growing interest.
