Due to being in the BAU and having to travel a lot, Spencer was rarely home. Which meant, he didn't really get to know his neighbors, if he even had any.

However, this was the weekend he had specifically requested off. Intense case after case led Spencer to be exhausted. He decided for once, to take time to himself. But, because he's spencer, he planned his entire day.

Firstly, Spencer wanted to go grocery shopping because he's obsessed with getting his errands done first. Which took Spencer forever, because he is extremely particular about the food he gets.

Several hours later when he was done, he went home and saw.. a moving truck?

He didn't even know that there was an apartment available in his complex, let alone a good enough one for someone to move in. And he was annoyed that he'd have to socialize with anyone new, explaining his career and his life and blah blah blah.

He tried to avoid anyone moving in and out, because he didn't want this to ruin his day of peace. Until he bumped into you.

His bags went dropping on the floor as he almost lost his balance. He looked up annoyed and was about to ask you what the hell your problem was until he made eye contact with you.

And.. wow. You were stunning. breathtaking, gorgeous.. But now, he felt like a total idiot because he was awestruck by you.

Before the staring becomes too awkward, he manages to choke out—

"Oh, Uh- Hi, uhm- I'm Spencer. Uh- I- I guess i'm your new neighbor, huh? Just, uh- make sure you forget this interaction so I can make a better impression." He lets out a small, awkward laugh and scratches his neck, looking down before picking up his groceries.

Maybe this wasn't as bad as he thought.
