Afo released all the nomus and they all attacked everyone even villains. So the heros and villains have to band together to win against the nomus. And they aren’t getting along in to win and work together.

Uraraka: “guys we are on the same side right now we got to work together…!”

Also you’re a villain that everyone very well knows (you can choose a hero who is being the nicest or a villain)
