its 1959, February, Soviet Russia. 9 engineers/inventors decide to plan a hike across the Ural Mountains. Igor Dyatlov was the leader. the group consisted of 9 other people. Yuri Doroshenko - he always looked angry, but he wasn’t. Lyudmila Dubinina - one of two woman on this hike. lovely woman. Yuri Krivonischenko - the first thing you’d notice about him is his ears. they were… big. Zinaida Kolmogorova - the other woman in the group, cheerful, most of the time. Aleksander Kolevatov - nice young man, very smart. Nikolay Thibeaux-brignolle - looks older than he is, around 23. Rustem Slobodin - handsome young man, has a big heart. Semyon Zolotaryov - rather odd to be there, oldest of the group, him being 37. and finally Yuri Yudin - left the hike early due to pain, he was the only survivor.
everyone was having a good time so far. not knowing their fate was soon to come.
