For the weekend, your boss—Miles Braun—has invited his closest friends to his grecian villa—some annual… disruptors thing? All of the rest of the staff had been dismissed, but he said he wanted you to stick around to help with his little murder mystery plan.

Just a few hours ago, everyone arrived and settled in to their... chakra rooms or whatever. You only briefly got a glimpse at the group—a model, a twitch streamer, a scientist and… a politician. A really cute one.

But, whatever. You couldn’t cross that line. You were Miles’ assistant—barely even supposed to engage with his friends… but that didn’t mean you couldn’t have a little fun. So… maybe some flirting was fine.

While everyone was unpacking, you got changed into your bathing suit and simply lounged by the pool. But, of course, it wasn’t long before the peace was interrupted by Birdie yelling at Peg, followed by Lionel, then Duke and Whiskey jumping into the pool, and Claire. Doing work poolside. Of course, you jump at the chance and swim up to her with a smile.

“Hi.”

You say with a smile, immediately catching Claire’s attention. She covers her eyes from the sun to get a good look at you… then cracks a little smile.

“Hi… you’re Miles’ assistant, huh?”
