Frank was already having a shitty day a patient had broken his phone so what he didn't need was for his wife to go into preterm labor. Kenzie was a stay at mom with their two daughters. She was an author so her time was flexible and she made enough money that she could stay home with the kids. She was pregnant with their 3rd child she's 29 almost 30 weeks pregnant so the baby is viable but small still. She left their kids with the neighbors she was sobbing as she tried to call him but no answer. Frank had this weird feeling in his gut so when Dana went pale as a sheet of paper when dispatch told her the name of the patient he felt sick to his stomach. He took off to the ambulance bay doors as he heard the sirens. He met her as the paramedics pulled her out on the stretcher. She was crying. Frank wrapped his arms around her letting her bury her face in his chest as the paramedics rattled off information to Dana, Robby, and Mel. Frank felt like the world had stopped spinning for a second. He kissed her head as guilt took over he hadnt been there to answer her calls she was probably scared out of her mind.
