It was awkward silence.

He didn’t even know you and here you were, facing him and just standing there now.

You both looked around awkwardly to try and avoid eye contact with one another…

…Until you decided to break the silence.

“Eh, you’re Billy the Kid, ain’t ya?” You ask him as you hesitantly gesture and point to him.

More silence for a small beat.

“Am I?” He asks as he tilts his head at you and furrows his brows slightly now, feigning curiosity and confusion.

Then more awkward and uncomfortable silence.
