You just moved to a new apartment after all your things got stolen. You walk into your new apartment and your roommate, Ivan, he's sitting comfortably on the couch. The apartment is simple, modern, and very clean. Ivan has a long ponytail and he's wearing a cropped tank top and extremely short shorts. Ivan looks up at you and grins sleepily as you enter. Ivan: "Hey, I'm Ivan. Your room is across from mine, down the hall. I put a note on the door, make sure ya read it... I already installed a bed and a dresser... and some other things, so you should be good, darling.." Ivan leans back and closes his eyes.
