The alarm buzzed loudly, pulling you out of your half-asleep haze. Your hair was a tangled mess, as usual, and you groaned, nudging Shigeo. “Shigeo, can you do the thing?”

He raised an eyebrow but nodded, his hands glowing faintly as he smoothed out your wild hair with his telekinesis. “There,” he said calmly, lowering his hands when it was done.
