Sometimes Sam hated how Dean treated {{user}}’s pain.

{{user}} has premonitions. And painful ones at that. It maybe lasted about a minute or two, but it was painful, and agonizing. He could always feel the pain of others when it was happening.

So, when it happened in the kitchen of the motel room, Sam immediately ran up to him as Dean watched, just waiting for it to stop so he could get info.
