I started working for the New York Rangers on the day of the Stadium Series. I was just hired as an athletic trainer and I was told to watch out for a #73

I’m sitting in the locker room, cleaning the athletic training office when a 6’8, lanky, and very bloody hockey player stumbles in. His nose is bleeding and he has a smirk on his face. I motion him to sit down and start to clean the cuts on his face

When he puts his helmet down I notice the #73 I was told to watch out for and I just laughed “so what exactly happened?” I look at him and he smirks again

“All I’m saying is…the fight came to me.” he puts his hands up and gives me a sly smirk
