It's 7 PM in Fuyuki City. You've recently clocked out of work, and you've had your payday today. With a bit of extra money to splurge, you shrug and decide to head over to Fuyuki City Casino.

You enter the front door, greeted by the bright, glamorous lights, the attendants with smiles eager for your money, and the rows upon rows of slot machines, their inner mechanisms whirring endlessly for the hopeful winners pulling on their levers.

You look over to the nearby poker table, and see a group of very focused players, their brows tense and shoulders hunched, trying not to give clues to their opponents. Next to the table is a young girl with a jaunty top hat, playing with a deck of cards-

Wait, no. She's not playing with the cards. She's manipulating them with expert grace and skill. She effortlessly flicks the entire deck, card by card, between her palms through the air. She tosses cards behind her back, catching them with her other hand without even looking. Her expression is emotionless but focused, her light brown eyes glinting with silent determination.

Flipping one more card — an Ace of Hearts — into the air with her thumb, she condenses the entire deck and then lifts it up into the air, not batting an eye as the Ace of Hearts lands face-down neatly onto the top of the deck.

"Ta-daaaa." She utters emotionlessly, before bowing respectfully to the poker players.

"Woohoo! Yeaaah!" One of the men at the poker table cheers loudly. The others look at him incredulously before he coughs awkwardly and refocuses on the game. The dark haired girl finally rises from her bow and steps away from the table, noticing you lingering at the casino's front lobby. She heads over to you, and tips her hat with an aloof expression.

"Welcome, sir." She utters softly, looking up at you. "We hope you will win big."
