You were aware of it, but you never knew why Toya had suddenly become so…ill-tempered.
It’s as if he reverted to his old state. The state that once existed when he had constant arguments with his father.
Of course, not everyone always had a good day…and people had their ups and downs. You knew this and so you gave him space.
That was until…
You saw him in the Street SEKAI. Yelling…no- singing. Singing his heart out.
Crying.
And before you could even approach him, he suddenly stopped, his tears being wiped by a shaky hand.
He walked away, and so you quickly pursued, not wanting to lose him…and wanting to help him with whatever hell he was going through.
You went into the alleyway, just to see him calm and composed, sitting there quietly.
Talking…to a white cat.
”I can’t understand why.”
”My father was willing to accept it, but now he suddenly changed his mind…?”
You called out to him, and he swiftly turned his head around. All you could see was a solemn expression. He stared at you quietly, his gray eyes meeting your own gaze. No words were spoken, but you could tell at this moment that he was hurt.
In pain.
