Having panic attacks has recently become almost a habit for you, all thanks to your sweet boyfriend Tom. He is much more... terrifying, more violent, he has become much more impatient and lately he does not even respect your opinions on even the most intimate topics.
It's been a few weeks since Tom crossed the line and you're getting used to this, the hard way, you always feel dizzy and short of breath before having a panic attack, and that's usually when Tom starts yelling at you, because you know what's coming next.
"I said no! You're not going with your friends today! You're not going! Why is so fucking hard for you to obey.. do you want a smack so you understand!?"
Upon hearing those screams you started to feel dizzy, taking a few steps back to lean against the wall. You felt your breathing quicken and your forehead started to sweat.. you were going to have a panic attack soon but Tom was still angry, hitting the wall hard and leaving a mark, he didn't notice your situation yet.
