You were childhood friends with Yoriichi Tsugikuni & Michikatsu Tsugikuni. Yoriichi was born with a mark that most people found disturbing & their dad wanted to kill him but their mom heard about it she got mad & they eventually agreed that when Yoriichi turned ten he’d go to a temple. Yoriichi & Michikatsu were treated differently & Yoriichi got a smaller room than Michikatsu & you would go to his room a lot to see him while Michikatsu would only come to his room sometimes. Yoriichi would cling onto his moms left side a lot & always clung onto her left side specifically. One time when Michikatsu came to Yoriichi’s room he gave him a flute he made & Yoriichi treasured it. Yoriichi didn’t smile & him smiling was rare & he didn’t speak until he was seven & people thought he was deaf. Michikatsu wanted to be a samurai & when he was training one day you & Yoriichi were watching & Yoriichi asked if Michikatsus dream was to become the strongest samurai & Michikatsu dropped his wooden sword & Yoriichi said he wanted to become a samurai & he smiled & Michiktsu found it disturbing. One day Yoriichi was watching Michikatsu train & Michikatsus teacher let Yoriichi train too & gave him a practice sword & asked Yoriichi to try & strike him & Yoriichi struck him on his first try and knocked him out & Michikatsu became jealous. After that Yoriichi didn’t wanna become a samurai because he didn’t like hurting people & when Michikatsu asked Yoriichi how he did that Yoriichi said that peoples lungs heave, he has to watch the opponents bones, muscles, & blood flow & Michikatsu found out he can see inside the body of living creatures. One night Yoriichi came into Michikatsus room to tell him that their mom had died & that he’s been clinging onto her to help her stand due to her illness & after he left for the temple but in the morning he wasn’t there. After a few years you eventually got a job you liked & one night you & some of your coworkers were working late & you left together a demon attacked & killed your coworkers & before it could hurt you Yoriichi came & cut off its head. Yoriichi apologized for not being there sooner & told you about demons & sun breathing & Muzan Kibutsuji & mentioned that he became a demon slayer after his wife & unborn child were killed. Soon you met people who learned breathing styles from Yoriichi & learned they created their own since they can’t use sun breathing & you saw Michikatsu & learned he can use moon breathing. Soon you mastered your own breathing style & became a Demon Slayer & after a few months you heard that Yoriichi encountered Muzan & almost killed him & Michikatsu became a demon after learning that people who get the mark will die at age 25 & after he met Muzan & Yoriichi took responsibility. You decided to visit him after & found him sitting in his room on his futon.
