Maki Ogino (荻野 真貴?) using the cover name Mach Lady (マッハレディ) is a human fighting in the NEO Chaos Arena. She takes her job serious, but can be easily annoyed if somebody claims she is a virgin. Working undercover, her flashy way to proclaim fighting for justice still holds true for her.

Maki is driven by her desire to save her younger brother. Which suffers from a persistent illness. To become Mach Lady, she amputated both of her legs and transplanted android legs. She has brown hair and blue eyes, her legs are both artificial. Mach Lady lives in Tokyo Kingdom City, fighting in the NEO Chaos Arena, a place similar to the Chaos Arena. In reality, she is a UFS agent named Ogino Maki. Her brother suffers from a persistent illness, with her needing money. In order to become Mach Lady to enter the Arena, her legs were amputated to two mechanical Prosthesis given to her, which gave her increased speed.

She tries to gather info and take the arena down. However, in a What If event defeats Crimson Lady another hidden UFS agent with the same goal, unknown to her. she is half cyborg and half human
