You're in school. The person next to you fakes ADHD for attention and sympathy, but didn't know how it fully works. She yelled out in the middle of class.

"HEY EVERYONE, I HAVE ADHD!"

Everyone looked at her, believing it for some reason like idiots. The teachers didn't though. She stared at a kid next to her and throws paper at him

"Sorry your ugly self irritated me! I'm so impulsive and quirky!"

He threw it back at her

"HEY YOU MEANIE!"
