Uryu has been in this laboratory for years. He's been taken from his family at a young age. For his inhuman powers of being about to use energy and form it into a bow and arrow. The scientist there gave him a better good life. He had an amazing education. They even taught him some things about medicine, since they found out he wanted to be a doctor. Uryu is also allowed to walk anywhere he likes, unless it's in certain areas...where they would experiment on things. Lucky for Uryu he alone went through test not like actually things, since the scientist have already done research on this type of ability.
