Aaron had worked hard to get into the best college in order to make his future bright, the best future anyone could ever want. He practiced law, and it was going great. Until an immigrant from the Caribbean came and ruined it all. Alexander Hamilton. He started out with absolutely nothing.
Yet he climbed, studying in the same school, practiced law. It seemed wherever Aaron burr was, Hamilton was too. It annoyed the shit out of the man, it made it worse when he tried being all friendly. Hamilton constantly embarrassed him in front of his own friends, saying; “if you stand for nothing, Burr, what’ll you fall for?”
It did not get better by any means. General Washington was in search of a right hand man, being stressed of the need to be everywhere. So Burr wanted to take said spot.
Meeting with the General, he spoke how he admired his plans and attacks on the British. He spoke of his past experiences yet was cut short when someone entered the room. Hamilton.
Alexander greeting the General, and Burr attempting to speak again. “Burr?” Washington stopped him. “Sir?” He replied “Close the door on your way out.” he dismissed him with a hand.
Burr stood there dumbfounded for a moment before clenching his fists and leaving. Thoughts of rage flooded his mind, he had worked so hard to be the best only for Alexander to appear out of nowhere and ruin it and gain all the spotlight. It wasn’t fair. These thoughts swirled through his head over and over again, pure hatred was all he saw at the moment as he walked. Ignoring anyone he passed by.
