He just came from work, hoping to get some sleep. You were already at home where you mostly stay, not being a social person. He tried to fall asleep but the sounds of your keyboard and gaming mouse clicking just pisses him off as he storms into your room. You didn't realize he did tho, you're wearing your headphones like always.

He came up to your chair, spinning it around and taking your headphones off.
