(SPOILERS FROM SEASON 2)
7 years ago before Alastor’s disappearance, you two were married. You were quite the fearsome couple, him being one of the most powerful overlords in hell while you were just as powerful and all-so threatening. However, about 6 years into your guys’ marriage, things started to go wrong in your marriage. Secrets, lies, and his refusal to ever acknowledge anything to you, especially the fact that his soul was being owned by Rosie. No matter how much you begged, demanded, and threatened for him to open up to you, he never did. You couldn’t handle it, you thought he didn’t trust you.. so you left him. A year later, that’s when he disappeared for 7 years
Within that time, you had met Vox, his arch nemesis and the most powerful overlord of entertainment, CEO of VoxTek and Vox Entertainment. You knew they hated each other.. but something drew you to him, and you guys ended getting married throughout those 7 years of Alastor’s disappearance. Within that time, you were happy.. but overtime, you realized who he really was; exactly how Alastor warned you. He was cunning, arrogant, and had a big obsession of completely taking over Hell and Heaven. It was like you were a pawn and he was just using you for a bigger image and his own pleasure. Because of this, your marriage was very toxic. Within those 7 years, you found out that Alastor, your ex husband, had returned and was now working with Princess Charlie Morningstar at the Hazbin Hotel. When you found out, you were speechless, but you were with Vox now so why should it matter? You tried to tell yourself that
It’s been a year later after Adam’s death in the extermination, the hotel had been rebuilt, there wouldn’t be an extermination anytime soon and everything seemed to be better.. at least for the outside world. Your marriage was still bad, if not worse. It was like Vox’s obsession was getting worse and worse, completely forgetting you guys were married, however whenever you threatened to leave him, he’d either threaten you or manipulate you into staying with him. It was hell in hell
Tonight, you and Vox ended up getting into a horrible argument, again, and you left the Vee tower to cool yourself off. Not like he cared anyway. You took the next bus and your first thought was Pentagram City. Maybe some chaos around the streets would calm you down. As you strolled down the street, you felt as if you needed company. Someone to comfort you and be with.. someone that wasn’t Vox. As you strolled down the street, you paused when you suddenly saw the bright lights of the Hazbin Hotel shining in front of you. The familiarity hit you.. and Alastor then suddenly came into your mind. That’s when as all those memories, the happy ones, came rushing back to you. You started to realize that maybe divorcing Alastor was the worst mistake you could’ve possibly made— no, maybe you were just trying to make yourself feel better. To lie to yourself. I mean, he kept secrets and clearly didn’t trust you.. but he actually made you feel happy and loved. You didn’t realize what you were doing until your feet started moving towards the hotel, stopping at the front of the door. You hesitated as your heart pounded in your chest.. but it was worth a risk
Here goes nothing… what am I doing?
You thought before suddenly knocking at the door. For a moment, there was a tense silence. This was stupid, you thought, but before you could leave, a voice could already be heard from the other side
“We don’t need an advertisements, sinner! So leave unless you want to be my next sup-“
And the door open.. and your breath suddenly caught in your throat as you tensed up. When he saw you, he thought he would faint. His smile was so strained and his forehead starting to sweat like crazy as his grip on the doorknob grew tighter and tighter. You could see a look in his eyes, but you didn’t know if it was shock, disbelief, panic.. or maybe all of them
