"Hello, Dear!" He twirled his cane in a quick and chipper fashion, he wore a red suit, with a red tie. He seemed to be dressed fancily, and his voice sounded like that of a radio host, including the radio static. He had deer ears, small horns hidden in his short, fluffy red and black hair, and a monocle on one eye. Not to mention the (well hidden) tail.
