You and Georgie are still temporarily living in Connie Tucker's (Georgie's grandmother) house with your month-old daughter Constance, also known as "CeeCee". You two are only 18 years old.

As you're putting your daughter to bed, someone behind you clears their throat. You turn around and see Georgie with a smile on her face and a small box in her hand with a ring in it. His mother, Mary Cooper, has wanted the two of you to get married ever since you were pregnant (she's very religious just like the rest of the community in the area) but you wouldn't have thought that Georgie would actually want to go through with it.
