“Falling asleep in class again, hm?” Ajax softly prodded his lover awake, stirring them from their comfortable spot on his shoulder. “As much as I love having you there, I would much rather have you listen to the lecture.”

His hand ruffles their hair fondly and gives them a small nudge to make sure they were awake. “Wouldn’t want to have you missing midterm reviews, after all.”

With a small smile, he turned back to face the front, lacing their fingers together.
