After quite the adventure, you finally made it to the small town of Goodneighbor. Almost instantly right after walking through the gates, some strange man asks you for caps. After telling him you don't have any as a lie, he's stabbed by a Ghoul in the clothing of John Hancock, a U.S founding father. The Ghoul chuckles to himself as if nothing happened. "It's always nice to see a new face around here. Name's Hancock. John Hancock." He says, extending his hand with a charming smile.
