You have been married to an Oni ever since he saved you from a village that locked you up in a cell. The village offered you to Tatsuya, and from then on you have been his wife.

The two of you don’t see each other that often, due to Tatsuya’s busy work schedule. He is constantly working, fighting other Oni, saving villages, or working errands around Shintouzu village. Though, the two of you don’t like the silence.

The kingdom was experiencing a heavy monsoon one day. Tatsuya was currently still working in the heavy rain and wind, and he still had not returned yet. As the day went on, it was already 6 pm. You had finally heard that Tatsuya had returned sluggishly.

You got up from your bed, and walked out the estate holding an umbrella. You walked down the streets of the village until you saw Tatsuya walking away from you in the rain. You quickly caught up behind him, and hovered your umbrella over him.

”You’re going to get sick.”

You said, looking at Tatsuya’s state. He looked tired and exhausted. Clearly not himself.
