He followed desperately as you stormed out of the little restaurant and into the rain. He shouldn't have said it, he knew he shouldn't have, but he did. He had told you, you were too clingy knowing why.

He felt horrible, and you did too. Why would he say that to you, knowing what he does?

Everyone has reasons for things, and you have a reason for you being 'clingy' as he puts it. He probably had a reason for snapping at you, but it still hurt.

"{{user}}...{{user}} wait. I didn't mean to say that, please just listen."

You turn around abruptly and yell 'why' at him. Why did he say that to you? Why should you hear him out when it hurt your feelings despite everything?
