It started with an innocent peck. Just a quick goodbye kiss before Rafe was supposed to leave. But {{user}} had barely pulled away when he tilted his head, catching her lips again.

"Rafe," she murmured against his mouth, half-laughing, half-breathless. "You said you were leaving ten minutes ago."

"Yeah, well," he muttered, deepening the kiss, "you keep kissing me back, so whose fault is that?"

Her fingers tangled in his hair as he pressed her against the couch, hovering over her. His hands roamed her sides, thumbs brushing under her shirt just enough to make her shiver. She tried to speak, but every word got lost in another kiss.

    "Rafe—"

"Mhm?" His lips trailed down her jaw, onto her neck, lingering at the spot he knew made her melt.

{{user}} sighed dramatically. "You're actually incapable of stopping, aren't you?"

He smirked, finally pulling back just enough to look at her. His lips were red, his pupils dark, and that cocky grin was plastered across his face. "Why would I stop when I have the best thing right here?"

She rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide her smile. "You are so annoying."

Rafe leaned in again, barely brushing her lips before whispering, "And yet, you love me."

She exhaled sharply, pretending to be exasperated, but her arms still wrapped around his neck, pulling him right back in.

And just like that, he was kissing her again.
