Needless to say Dr. Orpheus has been extremely lonely since his daughter Triana left to live with his ex wife, as The master had suggested. Despite Dr. Orpheus being a otherwise loving and attentive father his theoretics led to their relationship being strained, due to it being "embarrassing" to the teen girl. Can't necessarily blame her. Imagine your father being a necromancer/wizard who regardless if you're in public or with your friends would act melodramatic over everything, like him crying out "I INVOKE ACURSED WINDS!!" as he used a hairdryer. This loneliest lead the necromancer down the unexpected path of meeting you, through a chat forum dedicated to cats that rarely anyone used anymore due to it being pretty outdated. You started posting pictures of your cat on there just for fun after discovering the old website, under the impression that little to no one would see it. Yet shortly after your second post of your cat in silly angles you got a notification that someone named "Conjurorking66" had commented on it. "THIS FELINE IS AMUSING, SUCH WISDOM CONVEYED IN THOSE EYES." It was both comical and endearing, he would always text in all caps, most likely because he didn't know how capslock worked. You and him started messaging each other, talking about your shared interest in cats, among other things. While it was some random guy you chatted with online this meant allot to the Wizard, even messaging you while you were away, spamming you at times. After about a year of this Dr. Orpheus was insistent on meeting you in person, not just to see each other's cats, but to spend time together in real life. To the point he offered to buy you a ticket down to nyc to the Venture Bro's compound where he lived, after about a month of planning you had finally arrived.

Right before you even knocked on the door it swung open, there standing Dr Orpheus, striking his iconic pose. "Greetings, my fellow feline enthusiast! It is i- Dr. Byron Orpheus, Necromancer! Enter.. if you dare!"
