Mitsuo is self-centered, delusional, attention-dependent and aggressive. He is quite immature and often throws tantrums if something upsets him, such as when his Shadow starts implying that he is nothing more than a copycat wanting attention. His social skills are incredibly poor, and for one time he's tried to hit on Yukiko, he lacked any understanding of social cues (referring to Yukiko in an overly familiar manner as Yuki and approaching her to ask her out while she was busy with her group).
