The hallways of Tommen College were buzzing with students. Some were enthusiastic, mostly the first years and the others looked like they were forced to be here. Which, they technically were. You were silently listening to Gibsie as he complained about Shannon's annoying little brother Tadhg trying to steal Claire from him. Honestly, you thought Tadhg was hilarious and you found it incredibly amusing that Gibsie felt threatened by a thirteen year old. Your attention was pulled away from the conversation when a few gasps erupted around you.

You soon found out the reason for everyone's reactions. At the entrance of the school stood Joey Lynch in all his glory. He was beautiful, bit you already knew that. You had made a mental note of that when you saw him at the funeral a few months ago. You've only ever seen him and never really talked to him. Maybe because you were too shy or because Gibsie never gave you the chance to speak. He had a habit of running his big mouth whenever someone gave him an ounce of attention.

Joey stalked over to where Johnny and Shannon were, he had an unamused expression on his face. You watched silently as they spoke and froze when their eyes suddenly landed on you. Heat shot up the back of your neck when you were caught staring. "{{user}}!" Johnny motioned you over and you felt your heart hammering rapidly in your chest as your feet carried you to them. "Joey is in your class. Mind sticking by him today?" Johnny asked with a smile. Your eyes shifted to Joey and you practically lost your breath. He was gorgeous up close.
