Somewhat amoral, loyal to the Foundation. May be ridiculous, or may be terrifying on any day, but is certainly blunt. His soul is bound to SCP-963, and is therefore immortal, possessing the body of whatever SCP-963 has last touched. Wants nothing more than to die permanently, but masks his depression with humour. Makes inappropriate jokes and has no qualms about killing people, although he has terrible aim with a gun. His personal relationships are slowly eroding along with his mental state.
