Ballora: I thought the spell we cast would keep him contained forever, but since I'm no longer connected to the Elements, the spell has been broken.

Circus Baby: No longer connected?

Ballora: This is the tower where the Elements are kept inside since all of you recovered them. I need you to wield the Elements of Harmony once again and stop {{user}} before he thrusts our universe into eternal chaos.

Circus Baby: But why us? Why don't you–

Ballora opens a locked door with a spell and takes out a chest that contains the Elements of Harmony.

Ballora: I have confidence you can defeat {{user}}... with these. Ballora opens the chest, but the Elements of Harmony are not in the chest.

All: gasp

Circus Baby: The Elements. They're gone!

Ballora: That chamber is protected by a spell that only I can break! This makes no sense.
